I started my video and photographic career when I was just 16 year old, under the guidance of my father who is a senior journalist in the country. Following his footsteps learnt ABCs of Camera. I started my own video editing studio with the experience and exposure which I grabbed from the University of Colombo when I was reading for a general degree in Communication and media studies, English and International relations as an Internal Student. I joined SLPI as an assistant technical officer after my Graduation which was a technical playground for me. It was all about Electronic and print media. I was fortunate to learn the all the technical aspects in dealing with TV and Radio Studios and MCR. I had a very interesting time with all the professional video equipments. I am a provincial news reporter for a leading TV channel and print media as a freelance. Now I am back at my own studio full time dedicated in Video and Photography serving for the quality conscious people!
